Volkan Tüzel

Managing Partner

Volkan Tüzel graduated from business administration faculty of Istanbul University in 1992, and after finishing his M.B.A. at San Francisco University, he started his professional business career in Eczacıbaşı Girişim as trade marketing manager in 1996 and continued as the national key account manager, sales manager, assistant general manager and general manager, and finally as sales vice president in Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products Division and became the managing partner of the KAV consultancy.

After graduating from business administration faculty of Istanbul University in 2006, Kadir Yıldırım started his professional business career as a sales representative in Efes Beverage Group and continued as a product manager at Hitit Seramik. Then he worked as a key account manager, customer manager, senior customer manager, regional sales manager and then sales manager at Eczacıbaşı Tüketim Ürünleri. Finally he worked as sales and business development director at Anka Gmbh and managing partner of KAV consultancy.

Ömer Alp Karahan

Managing Partner

After graduating from business administration faculty of Istanbul University in 1989 and completing the financial management graduate program at the same university in 1991, Ö. Alp Karahan started his professional business career as a broker at Istanbul stock exchange, Boğaziçi Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and continued as assistant GM responsible for customer portfolios. In 1994 Alp started working in Eczacıbaşı Girişim as an account manager. Then he became Antalya and Istanbul regional sales manager, trade marketing manager, traditional channel sales director, national channel sales director, and national sales director and finally has been on the managing partner of KAV consultancy.

She was born in 1972 in Istanbul. She studied at Üsküdar American Academy for Girls and graduated from Boğaziçi University Business Administration in 1994. Worked in marketing and sales management positions in Eczacıbaşı- İpek Kağıt, Frito-Lay, Danone and Pamukbank Retail Banking. Between 2004-2009 she worked as Sales & Marketing Manager at the Consumption and Office Products Department at 3M. She worked as Marketing and Sales Director of Kanyon Mall between 2009-2019. She signed many internationally awarded projects for Kanyon. Lastly, she worked as the Sales and Marketing Director of Istanbul Modern Art Museum. She is a member of the Women Leadership Platform in Real Estate and Corporate Communicators Association (KID).

Er, who started her career in 1992 as the Customer Director at Pars McCann Erickson, joined Philip Morris SA in 1996 as Assistant Brand Manager. She worked as a Brand Manager at the same organization between 1997-2000. Er, who served as the Communications Manager responsible for Central Europe, Middle East and Africa in Philip Morris International Switzerland in 2000, worked as Global Brand Manager in the same organization between 2002-2004 and in 2005 as Philip Morris Marketing Manager in Spain. In 2006, Turkey from rotating, then Sütaş and Pınar Food has performed the duties of Marketing Director. Between 2008 and 2017, Eczacıbaşı İpek Kağıt San. ve Tic. Inc. She also worked as Marketing Director. İçim Er completed her undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University Business Administration Department in 1992.

Burcu Bilaç Ete

Project Consultant

Burcu Bilaç Ete was graduated from Boğaziçi University Industrial Engineering Department in 2002. She started her professional life in Danone Dairy Company as an assistant brand manager immediately after her graduation. She continued her career as a brand manager and trade marketing category manager in the same company. Then she worked as the Marketing Manager of Bizim Mutfak brand at Ülker Holding. Following, she worked as a Marketing Manager at İpek Kağıt, one of the Eczacıbaşı Holding companies, where she started working in 2011, and later worked as the Marketing Manager of Vitra Bathroom and Burgbad within Eczacıbaşı Building Products. In 2018, she founded Value Works Consulting and Training Company, where she still works actively. She became the Project Consultant for KAV Consulting.
